Cannot install SonicWall NetExtender 10.2.341 on laptops running BitDefender Total Security 2024

Am a total newbie to the NetExtender software and it's installed quickly & without issues on our standard Windows 10 & 11 laptops so far, but I have 5 that have Bitdefender Total Security 2024 on them and the NetExtender will not install (variety of errors). Have searched on the BitDefender site with no resolve. Is anyone here using the two product together sucessfully? If so, what are the exceptions within either product to get them to work together.
