If someone has taken advantage of SonicWall's Secure Upgrade program, that means a device has been marked as "no longer available" for services. The arrangement for the program is that the new device will take over all licenses of the old one, and the old one is no longer anything other than a doorstop (or e-waste). Similarly, if someone returns a device to SonicWall for RMA, that original device has been replaced with a new one, and the services have been transferred to the new one.
But, if you think you have a unique situation, by all means, contact SonicWall Support and provide the serial number. They will be able to let you know the specific status of that device.
Secondly if we purchase new sonic wall device I think sonic wall definitely will provide the license with new one so what's the benefit to do so as mentioned by you above sir I am new in this scenario please help
If your device was originally owned by someone else, and they upgraded to a new model, SonicWall no longer considers this one to be valid for service or upgrade. Period. Based on your message, that seems to have already taken place. You are not going to get anything for this device in terms of trade in. Start from scratch and purchase a new, fully licensed device.
@Mariusz gave you the appropriate link. Please download the datasheet and read it carefully. At no point does it say someone must send the old device back to SonicWall.
I will also point out that the method by which you obtained your device is highly suspect.
And again, you should contact SonicWall Sales or a SonicWall partner in your locale for the appropriate solution.
