Hello. I have tried to console and everything but once unit os turned on all lights are on and the blue screen simly has a flashing underscore on to left. Any ideas

    This happened to us. 24x7 support and its been 18 days with no sign of a replacement from Sonicwall. They've issued the RMA but its not advanced RMA, they have to inspect it.
    24x7 support is basically worthless for hardware support
