Domain is not available from users

Hi! We just have the new TZ firewalls in our domain. Some users are getting the error when signing in to the domain computers. This is the error: "We can't sign you in with this credential because your domain isn't available. Make sure your device is connected to your organization's network and try again. if you previously signed in on this device with another credential, you can sign in with that credentials.". Staff where able to sign in before without an issue. It is on windows.

    Are the computers assigned the ADDS DNS server? The message indicates the workstations are not communicating the with the domain controller.
