I have my Sonicwall successfully connecting to PPPoE internet service by using a virtual interface parented to X1. Since my ISP uses VLAN201. It connects fine, draws an IP from CenturyLink, Gateway, and DNS.
My LAN is on X0 and the DHCP server is assigned. It is issuing leases properly using local 192.168.0.XXX
However, anyone connecting to it, doesnt have internet service. The diagnostic in the Sonicwall does resolve to google's DNS's. Any ideas?

Did you added X1:V201 as your only Interface to Network → System → Failover & LB at the tab Groups? Otherwise it will not be used as default gateway.
X1 should be removed if it's still selected.
