Framed IP

I am working on a project, where I am using Radius to authenticate a user. Inside the AD I have an IP set for that user, and during the test of Radius I return the framed IP inside the Returned User Attributes. Is there a way to use the framed IP as the IP of the user to be able to hand off to another SonicWALL. I am also using GVC to VPN in.
