TZ400 Content Filtering Not Working in Chrome or FF

We have a TZ400 with Content Filtering Service running firmware 6.5.4.8-89n

For some reason, I noticed that with Chrome and Firefox, the filtering isn't working while in Edge/IE it working with the blocked site notifications.

The firewall logs also doesn't show anything when trying the sites in chrome/FF but shows the site been blocked when using edge/IE.

Wondering how to fix this so it blocked in those other two browsers.
