SSL VPN NetExtender not connecting to Shared Network Drive

Hey All!

I am having trouble with the VPN here, I'm pretty sure I have everything set up correctly?

On my work laptop I was able to sign into the NetExtender using my phones hotspot.

When I try to access the shared drive I am getting a "Local device is already in use"

Any ideas?
