Ping for VPN Client (GVC)

Hi my Friends,

I Have a firewall NSA4650. We need make ping for hosts in VPN Client (GVC) from Lan, but, when performing this ping test, we did not receive any response and in Packet Monitor we observed the following message: Unknown Destination.
Could you help me with this troubleshooting?

allow ping on interface and allow ping in rule would be a good start
