SSL VPN - Troubleshooting

Hi Everyone ..

I have a customer who has a TZ400 and we use SSL VPN for remote access .. its been working fine for years and now as of late I have this issue going on ..

Users can connect , but cant go away .. Servers are not pinging back both by name and ip address .. Yet the SonicWALL shows there connected ..

If I reboot the sonic wall then it works fine for about a day or so and then does the same thing .. I have updated the firmware to the latest version and the users have the latest netextender ..

Any thoughts or advice ? thanks ..
