Facing issue while configuring 3G/4G dongle

Hi Everyone,

I am trying to configured 4G dongle on firewall for alternate internet source.i have done all the configuration on firewall. But status for U0 interface was showing disconnected .

Any suggestion

No, unfortunately 3g/4g dongle is not supported in HA environment. There is no way to failback as they are separate hardware.

Hello @Ninad94,

Not all 3G/4G dongles are supported with SonicWall. Since I see the name as Jio, could you please check the supported list below and make sure that the card that you are testing with is in the supported list.

Yes @shiprasahu93 I had tested this in my LAB. JIO dongle is supported. I just want to confirm whether this 3g/4g dongle configuration is supported in HA environment..??
