The new SonicWall phone support gives you the option of having a call back, which I think is a terrific improvement.
Except, when the IVR says 'wait time is 15 minutes' and I decide that's sufficient to get some idle task completed that's one thing.
To still be listening to that newly awful and VERY LOUD music 40 minutes later without ANY recourse to opt back in to get a call back, I'm disinclined to ask for the help I need.
Is there some better, other way to handle support calls?
