TZ 600 Impossible to update Keysets and AV Signatures.

Hello comunity.
We have two TZ600 in a closed environment and manually update the AV Signatures on a quarterly basis. On this occasion, the Keysets expired, they are normally provided to us by the person responsible for the account and we update them without problem(serialnumberxx.txt file), it is a process known to us, subsequently updating the AV Signatures (SFID_3_426202423464.sig file)
But now, this process seems not to work on the two tz600s, we update the Keyset from the graphical interface with the txt file without presenting error and when we proceed to update the AV Signatures, we continue sending the error message, I show it ahead and it does not update anything .
"Status: Error: Failed: possibly a corrupted file: H. Get the latest Keysets and signatures file."
No see HW errors and TZ600 working whitout problem, only i can not update Keysets and av signatures.
Please any comments to solve this issue.
