SonicWall NetExtender Installation

I am trying to install NetExtender on a PC running Windows 10 Home Edition. I've installed it on another PC running the same OS. When I try to install it on this one I get the following:

I've tried a lot of things I've found on the web but nothing worked. Rebooting the PC doesn't fix the problem either. Has anyone come across this and know how to resolve the issue?
