How to register product

I have tz105 I have registered this firewall on mysonicwall.com now when I login to my device I click to register I get error no link on wan interface. I don't have any resource of internet except my mobiles data how can I register my device through mobille internet

possibly that device cannot talk to the SW license manager . The device was End of Support 2020 and registration is academic
