Why can some users login while some cannot?

LDAP servers are both up. Both LDAP servers binding tests are successful. User authentication on both LDAP servers works for some but not others. User LDAP search on both LDAP servers works for all.

Look in your Active Directory what groups do the users that can conncet belong to and add your user to this groups and just in case check if you have IP's in your SSL pool. What kind of error are you getting?

Error I'm receiving is "Error: Verifying user…authentication failed!"
you can find the object that SSL VPN is using for ipv4 address here, but if it's giving u auth failed i'll go for a group / user / password issue
try testing your user here and see if it success
