We have 2 ISPs connected to our NSa 2650 with it set to failover if 1 provider went down.
It looks like the provider went down and there was no failover. We are very far from the unit. Is there a way to restart the firewall remotely?
Not through MySonicwall. You could through CSC-MA/NSM if you had it.
If you're not doing logical probing of your interfaces you should be. By default only physical probing is done.
