"Quest.herosite.pro/webmail" is not accesible

till yesterday, this site was working fine, but suddenly my firewall blocked it. when I checked that website category, it said "Malware". website is accessible on both ISPs while connecting directly to the ISP router, and even with mobile hotspots. allowed malware category also but no luck, please help if somebody has faced this issue and overcame it.
