NetExtender: "Please specify a SSL VPN server!"

Our small office uses SonicWall for our VPN. I installed the NetExtender software on a machine for a colleague and tested it and added our VPN's credentials.

Today, launching the software all of the fields are blank and non-editable. If you press Connect, naturally, the error appears: "Please specify a SSL VPN server!".

The Windows tray NetExtender icon has a menu option "Connect", which opens up to show the configured server. But this also doesn't work to connect to the VPN.

I'm going to uninstall and reinstall, and see if that fixes it. But why would these fields be uneditable and blank?
