MySonicwall API - Where do I find username value?

To use https://api.mysonicwall.com/api/downloads/{serialnumber}, it required both a serial number and a username. Where do I get the username to populate this query?

I can get the serial number from the responses provided by https://api.mysonicwall.com/api/users/productlist-customer, but nothing I've found thus far provides the username. Inside the WebUI, you can query api/product/product-detail?serialnumber=<serial> and this will return the product details and also the username value, but this API endpoint isn't authorized for the MSW API key.

So, the question remains, where in the API do I query to get the username value in order to be able to query the downloads endpoint?
