Connect Tunnel "Verifying End Point Control rules...."

in VPN Client

Have a user that using Connect Tunnel and when they connect to the VPN it just says Verifying End Point Control rules…. and never goes past this point. No other users at the facility have this issue.

I have re-installed the app and checked the logs, but nothing is pointing to a solution, any thoughts?

    This will need reviewing the client logs. You can reach tech support for that.
