Quantum Fiber(CenturyLink) internet service blocking SonicWall Global VPN Client

Has anyone else run into Quantum Fiber(CenturyLink) internet service blocking SonicWall Global VPN Client? I just switched from CenturyLink about a month ago and had no issues and now with Quantum Fiber I cannot get my work VPN to authenticate. I have tested via a hotspot on my T-Mobile phone and that works fine but cannot get Quantum Fiber to connect for me to login with my credentials. I turned off all firewalls and their included Guard security program and they are claiming it is not them.

Any help or points on troubleshooting this is greatly apricated.

    Some ISP's block IPSEC maybe yours is one
