User Changed MFA app

We have a user who bought a new phone and downloaded the same MFA app. They can't re-add the QR code in the SMA. When I go into their local profile it looks the same as every other user. I used the clear app option and no change. I even removed their local profile and tried it again and still no change. We can't get them on the VPN at this point.

    @jdanielemtrx you are using SMA 100 Series, Firmware 10.2.1.11? Clear App always worked in the past when a user replaced devices.

    Did tried to disable OTP, login in without MFA, re-enable it and login again to see what happens?

    We found the user was entered in the local user list more than once. So after removing them and remaking their profile, it let us redo the QR.
