I am looking for assistance in troubleshooting an intermittent problem loading the web site - NSA

Good afternoon, i have a location where we are experiencing a very random and intermittent issue -

This started approximately 2 weeks ago:

When a user goes to sometimes the page loads completely without issue, more often it will not load completely or at all, and when it loads, pictures from auction posts will not load.

I have been troubleshooting by changing geo-ip settings and have no been able to come up with a resolution or verify the problem.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you

    Look at Network tab in web developer tools when the issue is occurring. See which page elements aren't loading.

    Arkwright, thank you for responding. one of the images not loading I was able to obtain this from web developer tools.

    Any help with this, as I am not sure how to read this. This is the element which is an image that is not loading in our environment, but will load using a cellular connection, which seems that our Sonicwall may be blocking something.

    <img src="" loading="eager" fetchpriority="high" onload=";if(this.width === 80 &amp;&amp; this.height === 80) {window.SRP.metrics.incrementCounter('imageEmptyError');}" onerror="window.SRP.metrics.incrementCounter('imageLoadError');" alt="New STARTER Premium Quality 39MT 8200308 12 Volt, 11-Tooth, Rotatable  6924">

    Network tab in web developer tools? is this in Sonic dashboard or just from the website? I feel like I'm missing something here?

    I was confused at first too, it is in the web browser actually. But I am really thinking that something is being blocked by a security setting(s) within our NSA, because when a user tests the same outside of our network, the web page loads completely

    Hello @William_Weber ,

    Good afternoon,

    I want to ask if you tried checking in the Packet monitor.

    When the user is unable to access the website, you may find something in dropped packets using a Packet monitor.

    This is a client-side thing in the browser tools, not on the firewall. It will let you work out which page elements are failing to load, see their URLs/IPs and from there you can narrow down your search.

    Maybe a Content Delivery Network (CDN)-thing? Those big sites use numerous CDN's so when you visit Ebay, the browser gets it's data from CDN 'A' and the next time from CDN 'B'. And if that CDN happens to be blocked, for example by Geo-IP, then it won't load.
