Good afternoon, i have a location where we are experiencing a very random and intermittent issue -

This started approximately 2 weeks ago:

When a user goes to ebay.com sometimes the page loads completely without issue, more often it will not load completely or at all, and when it loads, pictures from auction posts will not load.

I have been troubleshooting by changing geo-ip settings and have no been able to come up with a resolution or verify the problem.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Good Morning,

I want to ask if you tried checking in the Packet monitor.

When the user is unable to access the website, you may find something in dropped packets.
