View Translated IP Addresses over IPSec Site to Site Tunnel

How do I see the translated IP Address of a device connecting from my local network to a remote network via Site to Site VPN tunnel? I am doing the translation locally.

Example my PC has address 10.100.100.134, I access a resource over the tunnel. How do I see the translated IP Address (200.100.67.x) that my device was given? Is there a table? I tried using the connections monitor but its only showing me the local IP address and the destination IP that I accessed, it doesn't show the translated IP address for my device..
