Assign Management Privileges to Local User Group Sonicwall TZ400

Hey everyone,

I'm currently working on a project where I need to set up management permissions for a custom user group. Specifically, I'm looking to grant access to select features in the management UI to users within this group. The goal is to have one low-level administrator who can handle certain tasks without granting full access.

I've been exploring different methods to achieve this, but I'm hitting a roadblock. Does anyone have experience or suggestions on how to efficiently assign permissions within a custom user group? Ideally, I'd like to be able to customize which features and functionalities these users can access through the management UI.

Any insights, tips, or resources would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance for your help.

You cannot change the scope of these predefined Groups, just make sure your custom Group is a member to the Group which fits best for you.
