How to import Exchange Online addresses

Hi,

We are migrating to Exchange Online and I would like to limit the addresses that can make a connection to the SMTP port.

Microsoft has a paper about that (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/enterprise/urls-and-ip-address-ranges?view=o365-worldwide ) and it is possible to download a JSON file.

How can I import the addresses in Sonicwall? Or can I work with a dynamic group or something?
