Splashtop connection issue

Hello Team,

hope you are doing well. I'm facing once issue with connection to Splashtop network when I'm under sonicwall. As per their suggestion we have already whitelisted their host at sonicwall interface but getting still same issue.

Please run a packet capture which should give some indication of where the issue is. You can also take the ip's and check the logs as well
