Issues registering new sonicwall device
I'm trying to register our new SonicWall product. I stumbled upon a field called "Select Secure Upgrade" in the register product with two options "SonicWall Replacement" and "Competitive Replacement".
I understand "SonicWall Replacement" is for a product replacing an existing/old Sonicwall device but mine is a new one so it cannot be selected. I cannot select "Competitive Replacement" as well due its terms and conditions stipulating at least six months of use of another company's firewall. Why I do not have a "New product" or similar option on this registration page? I cannot register the product due to this issue. Please help.

@Fabin you're trying to register an Appliance which you bought as a Trade-In and you have to specify what are your trading in. It can be either an eligible older SonicWall Appliance or competitive product.
You should get in touch with the Partner where you got it from to make sure you're qualified for this program.
