SMA bookmark issue

I added a user in Local user and added bookmark his PC name and IP address and went to check with Virtual office but the workstation does not show in there. is there any other option to that?

    @Reshy as long as "Display Bookmark Table" is selected for your Portal it should show up when you're logged in with that specific user.

    I guess you're on 10.2.1.10, if not you might check with Release Notes of newer Firmwares for fixed issues.

    here is another question how to change alert user email account from noreply@example.com to alert@example.com in SonicWALL cloud app security. Because one user is confused, she has another no reply@ from other website which she won't to miss anything from that.
