Hi,


I set up the SSO agent (4.1.22), and configured the router too.

The connection between the appliance and the agent is ok.

I set up connection for two domain controllers. The DCs are SaMBa 4.17.12.

Their statuses are 'disconnected' in the agent. I tried all three server monitoring method, all failed.

I tested the open ports from the agent's computer. Accessible ports on the DCs: 22,53,88,135,139,389,445,464,636,3268,3269

In the log, the entries about the error:

DCOM was unable to communicate with the computer xxxx using any of the configured protocols; requested by PID    12ec (C:\Program Files\SonicWall\SSOAgent\SSOAgentService.exe), while activating CLSID ...

    IIRC the SSO agent requires SMBv1 to be enabled on the DCs. Have you considered that?
