FTP upload corrupt files

Hello,

Our customer has an TZ500 installed with an CrushFTP server on the LAN behind the firewall!

When his customers upload PDF files via ftp (21) some of the files are corrupt. I'm trying to find the cause and a possible reason why this happens. I'm almost certain that the firewall and FTP server have nothing to do with this issue but I need to prove it.

When I upload PDF files up until now I never had any isssue

    For testing purpose, exclude the FTP server from the GAV, IPS & Capture ATP and upload a file for confirmation.
