DPI-SSL - Import Common Name Exclusion List through NSM

How does my common name exclusion list need to be formatted in order to import exclusions using the button below? Every time I import the .txt file that I have configured, it errors out on me.

Any thoughts on how to do this would be great. Thank you!

    Download the file from mysonicwall, as the text says, modify it and then import?

    So, when exporting that file from mysonicwall.com, it will be the exact same file, regardless of the firewall that we download it from. We also get a JSON error when we try to import the file.  Below is the exported file format that is erroring for us:
