I am trying to determine if the TZ370 Gen7 support Comcast 4G/LTE Wireless modem for failover.

I am installing a new Comcast line with a TZ370 for a small optometry office. I need a backup internet line and would like to use the Comcast 4G/LTE Wireless modem for failover. The current data on the Sonic support site does not show any Comcast compatibly.

If a cellular network modem is not in the officially supported and tested list, this means that the modem may or may not work. Your best option could be to contact our Sales team so that they have a business case when they bring this up to the Product Management team, to be added to the list.
