On-Prem ES with AzureAD/EntraID

I'am trying to integrate AzureAD (now Entra ID) with On-Prem Email Security (10.0.26).

I followed the instructions from this KB-article:

But when I try to provide the Admin Conent to the application on the ES it fails with the message:

Error in getting admin consent for your Azure directory. Please try again

Does anyone has this working already? I'am having only Entra ID Free, could this be the root cause?

I don't have any deeper AzureAD/EntraID knowledge so I'am a bit lost on this.
