CCA issues
CCA installation on an endpoint causing problem with zip files. Extract the file - no contents in the folder. Opened a ticket with support with solution to unload the S1 agent which resolved issue - until next computer reboot. No resolution on this issue to date. Happens across several customer installations.
Most recent from yesterday is copying the CCA download link from the respective customer tenant - installing on customer endpoint - resulting in the endpoint depositing into my device tenant - not the customer device tenant. Opened a ticket with support - not a known issue.
Is anyone else experiencing the above issues?

Where are you coping the CC download link from? Are you getting directly from the CC console while you are in the correct tenant?
