Since I found no documentation about which new categories were added, I did it myself:

First, some categories were split:

1. was Violence/Hate/Racism before update, it was split into two categories after 7.1.1 updates; Violence - Hate and Racism

28. was Hacking/Proxy Avoidance Systems before update, it was split into two categories after 7.1.1 updates; Hacking - Proxy Avoidance and Anonymization

44. was Sports/Recreation before update, it was split into two categories after 7.1.1 updates; Sports - Recreation and Hobbies
