Is there another way to make an out side IP as part of the local network?
I am using SONICWALL SOHO North America and currently I am using SSL VPN to allow remote access to our internal network.
But the issue is that the connection is not stable and it requires manual reconnect over the time.
Is there another way(like white list an IP) to allow remote access through the firewall?
Please advise.

I wasn't expecting your post to be anything like this, given the title :D
If your issue is that the connection is unstable, then in my experience, Global VPN Client handles this scenario much better than Netextender does.
If your issue is that the connection is unstable, allowing an IP through the firewall wouldn't help anyways.
Seems to me you need to evaluate your ISP options.
