non-domain users behaviour

Hello Community, for a project I'm collecting information for the feature "Allow limited access for non-domain users" in the Users tab of the SSO configuration.

In particular I need to know what's happen when this feature is disable in a scenario where user auth is done via SSO within an AD domain will be implemented . Users logged into a PC but not into the domain will be blocked from browsing?

And what if I decided to enable this feature? AFAIK Users logged into a PC but not into the Domain will be given access through policies that apply to "Everyone" and they will be identified as computer-name/user-name. So in this case no others request for user authentication will happen, isn't it?

Is there anyone using this feature and available to get in touch to let me see what this feature can cause in the described environment?

Thanks, Regards.
