Throttling the internet speed of a single mac address (TZ350)

hello everyone, I'm new here and have picked up a TZ350 to experiment a bit with the possibilities.

So far I've managed to configure the basic functions and my self-hosted website and plex server are accessible from the outside.

As a first exercise I'd like to be able to adjust the maximum internet speed but no matter how much I try to play with the settings I don't get the desired result.

I've tried asking Google and ChatGPT to no avail either.

If someone could be so kind as to give me a tutorial or point me in the right direction? 🙂

    I don't know what I missed the first time, I'd already come across this tutorial but I hadn't activated filtering on IPV6.
