Remote User not access azure

We have issue 


office network connect to azure by site-to-site vpn is working fine and remote user access office network by ssl vpn

but remote user can not access azure network through office network ?

Firewall Mode  :sonicwall tz370

Azure network  10.0.0.0/16

office netwrok  192.168.4.0/24

SSL Vpn netwokr 192.168.5.0 /24

    Do you have the Azure network  10.0.0.0/16 in your SSLVPN Client Routes settings? Also the same needs to be added to the "VPN Access" settings of the user in question. If it still does not work, after these additions, then I would suggest to use the Packet Monitor tool to trace the flow of the traffic.

    Please check below settings.

    • Sslvpn client route tab on the sslvpn client settings and it should be 10.0.0.0/16 networks in the route section.
    • SSLVPN-VPN AND VPN-SSLVPN Access rule should be allowed each other.
    • last thing and most important detail: If client site network ip is : 10.0.0.0 (A class) you cannot route to your azure. You have to use Tunnel All mode. or client has to change local ip block different from 10.0.0.0/16 segment
