Slow speed on upload but ok on download

Hello, I recently acquired a new TZ 370. Currently, all settings remain at their default state without any licenses or configurations activated.

My WAN connection follows a bridged router setup using PPPoE. During speed tests, I've noticed that while my download speed is performing well at 850, the upload speed is only reaching 500. My connection is actually capable of delivering speeds up to 940/940, as evidenced by successful tests conducted directly from the bridged router.

I'm puzzled as to what might be causing the upload speed to lag behind the download. Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Apologies for any language limitations in my explanation.

Could you connect a device directly to a firewall interface and test it again?
