Cant Connect to Device after VPN added

I was simply trying to establish a site-to-site VPN between an in-use TZ 275 and an old Tz215. As soon as I hit "OK" on the 275 it kicked me out, and I cannot connect back to the device?? Weirdly I am ON the network of the 275 but all I get is "xxx.xxx.xxx.2 refused to connect". I made NO changes to any network or user settings. Any thoughts?
