Is access rule sorting by priority broken?

Working with access rules in NSM is a pain currently, because sorting isn't working properly.

I always have to open the local firewall in addition to the NSM and see how the priorities are set there.

The manual rules does have a priority, but the auto rules doesn't even have a priority number on them.

Maybe I'm doing something wrong, but in my opinion the Access Rules page is not very useful at the moment. It's complete chaos (see screenshot).

Can someone explain whats going on here? I hit the "PRIORITY" column on the top to sort the access rules by priority.
