Where do I allow an external IP access on Specific Ports

I need to allow ports 5060,1221, and 5061 to communicate with IP 208.XXX.XXX.XXX - Not sure where I can do this at. This is a new firewall going in and the SIP Node IP address uses those ports.

Is this inbound traffic? You will need to do some port forwarding via Access rules and NAT. Please check out the following kb:
