Is it possible to allow access to a specific URL in Content Filter, but block the main domain?

Hey guys. Please, I would like help enforcing a CFS policy where a group of users can access a certain URL example.com/path1/path2 but cannot access anything else related to example.com. I have already created a list of allowed URLs and forbidden URLs and also created a CFS profile that prioritized the list of allowed URLs first. However, by allowing example.com/path1/path2, CFS also allows full access to example.com, even though example.com is included in the list of forbidden URLs. Is it possible to do something like this? I use an NSA 2700. Thank you very much!

    Is this HTTPS or HTTP?

If you're attempting HTTPS, then try doing it with HTTP first.
