Cant Delete Tenants from NSM

Hello,
I have tenants that are not in MSW but in NSM. As we all know, you can't delete tenants from NSM; you must do this in MSW. Well, they arent there. As a workaround, I tried to create a tenant in MSW with the matching name of the tenant in NSM and waited an hour or so for everything to sync up. Then I deleted it from MSW, it's still in NSM after 5 hours. Any ideas?

For these types of issue you would need to contact Sonicwall Support as it seems this is a backend issue potentially.

Hello,
You should be able to delete Tenants from your MSW account.
Here is one option that you should see under the My Workspace Dashboard.
There are a couple of limitations when deleting a Tenant.
Here are the main ones that I can think of:
-Default Tenant cannot be deleted
-Cannot delete Tenant if there are still devices assigned within the Tenant
-Cannot delete Tenants that were created by another user. These Tenants may be shared and visible to you, but only the original creator can delete once the above scenarios also match.
