What is the meaning of this access rule

From: WAN

To: WAN

Source: X1 IP

Destination: Any

Can't understand the trip that a package can do... in general can't understand how to interpreter an access rule with same "from" and "to".

Any suggestion?

Thanks

    Hi @lunapiena

Is this a default rule or a custom rule?

WAN to WAN is anything on the internet to the WAN interface or vice versa. Is there any service objects in the rule?

    WAN To WAN -

Meaning from the Internet inbound - your firewall then out from your firewall WAN interface.

Usually SSL VPN is using this
