It seems that the reporting/license/security-services endpoint is broke on this combo of hardware/firmware.

I had a bunch of devices on SonicOS 7.0.1-5111-R4251 and this endpoint was working fine.

Seems as I update them to SonicOS 7.0.1-5119-R4713 this endpoint no longer returns any data.

Also seems that other models such as the TZ470 do not have the same issue.
